1.Return and Exchange Policy
- Product(s) can be exchanged from www.wesglor.pk within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Undergarments,jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, skin care, hair care, fragrances & essentials cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Please note that the prices are Inclusive of all applicable taxes and the product must be unused with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice.
- The original receipt/invoice is required for exchange within 7 days of purchase for unused goods in original
packaging. - Please note that items purchased on sale will not be Returned or Exchange. Items cannot be refunded for cash and can only be exchanged for goods of equal value at the time exchange. During the sale campaign, refunds will be processed in form of digital coupon codes that can be redeemed on the website accordingly.

2.Returning or cancelling an order
- If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your order within 7 days of receipt.

- If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please contact Customer Care who can look into this for you.
